Strixhaven is here to teach us a lesson! I couldn’t build this mini Battle Box without including a lesson board. I struggled a bit with how much room I wanted to save for the lesson board, but then I decided it would be more fun to make the lesson board a contested resource. So, there is a shared lesson board that contains 10 lessons at the start of the game. Every time a player learns, they choose one lesson from the board to put in their hand (meaning it is no longer available to the other player). It is entirely likely that there will be certain lessons that are fought over more than others, but I also expect it not to be Mascot Exhibition every time.
